what do you get when you mix rock and roll music, mullets, flanno's, beer, air guitar and numbers called at random? bogan bingo!
i have been meaning to do this for ages!
£5 for two games and what may as well be a comedy show as well. i was laughing pretty much the whole time. and not just a snicker and a giggle here and there - but full on belly laughs.
whenever a number that ended in 1 was called, the whole pub would chant back "up ya bum!" or sweet 16, never been kissed would be replied by all of us with "bullllshhhhhiiiiiiiit"
you could win awesome prizes like festival tickets, 3 day wicked camper hire, bar tabs and they had dud prizes like a cereal container with a bogan bingo sticker stuck on it and a framed photo of a fat asian kid smoking a cigarette.
definitely going again and/or bringing any london visitors here!

chocolate and cemetaries

on a sunny sunday i went to a place where the chocolate melts in your mouth and not in your hand... i went to m&m world - london! 4 stories of every kind of m&m merch you can possibly think of. clothes, homeware, keychains and obviously an abundance of m&m chocolate.

and then i'd go where any other person would go after a good chocolate fix... i went to the cemetary. okay, so maybe its not what everyone does, but this girl right here, thats what she does. well, what she did this time.

we went and checked out nunhead cemetary which is one of the great seven that are in london... or the uk... not too sure. there was masses of overgrown graves and vaults that were hundreds of years old. some of the old cemetaries here are amazing. they're so old and rickety but not eerie. they're rather peaceful. it was good to go a bit further out of london and enjoy some peace and quiet... even if you are visiting the dead
